'Recycled' paper litters countryside

MOTORISTS travelling along the A30, between Honiton and Exeter, last Thursday were shocked to see a 'Reduce, Re-use and Recycle' van depositing paper on the road and across the countryside.

MOTORISTS travelling along the A30, between Honiton and Exeter, last Thursday were shocked to see a 'Reduce, Re-use and Recycle' van depositing paper on the road and across the countryside.One irritated witness told the Herald: "The van had open sides with six metal cages in the back, one with some paper in it. "I say 'some' because the rest is fluttering across the countryside, which defeats the object and is hardly keeping Britian tidy!
