‘Aerobatic’ display team swoop in to perform some tricky seafront manoeuvres
They appeared out of the sun in the classic ‘Diamond Nine’ formation - trailing red, white and blue smoke.
Accompanied by the stirring sounds of the Dambusters March, Seaton’s Red Sparrows ‘aerobatic’ display team thrilled crowds during the town’s recent air ambulance week.
Amongst the tricky manoeuvres performed by the high speed team was a ‘Concord’ formation and the dangerous ‘Crossover’, ahead of a grand finale tribute to the Devon Air Ambulance.
Residents and visitors turned out in force to watch the thrilling display and showed their support with applause and laughter.
