Driver and child climb out of window.
This was the scene near Honiton this morning after a Land Rover got stuck in flood water.
Eye witnesses, who were on the school run, told the Midweek Herald: “The Land Rover stopped and started to fill with water.
“The driver and a child had to climb out the window and be rescued.”
