Residents concerned about long grass
We wish to express our concern regarding proposed reduced grass cutting, especially along Weatherill Road/Lower Brand Lane, Honiton. We live in Avenue Mezidon Canon and the rear of our garden looks directly onto this area. We do not want to see this area
We wish to express our concern regarding proposed reduced grass cutting, especially along Weatherill Road/Lower Brand Lane, Honiton.
We live in Avenue Mezidon Canon and the rear of our garden looks directly onto this area. We do not want to see this area becoming neglected and untidy.
At the roundabout on Weatherill Road is St Michael's Church, which is used for weddings and funerals. What impression will members of the public get by unmown grass?
We frequently come up Church Hill to the roundabout. Turning right is hazardous, because of the high bank - a hazard made more dangerous if the grass is left unmown.
On the church side of Weatherill Road, the grassy bank is left uncut and we feel this is sufficient for any insect/wildlife.
Let visitors to Honiton see a well-loved and cared for town.
