Parents say their children will not be allowed to play at beauty spot until man is moved on.
ANGRY parents say they are afraid to let their children play at the Glen in Honiton because a man is living at the beauty spot in a tent.
They are complaining about litter at the site and say they want police and East Devon District Council to reassure them that action will be taken to move the man on.
Police were unable to comment on the matter, but the district council has told The Midweek Herald it is powerless to act, because the tent is on private land.
“I am afraid to let my children play in the Glen, because someone is living there in a tent,” said one mum, who asked not to be named.
