Police appeal for information after a Land Rover was damaged and a trailer was stolen overnight in Fenny Bridges.

Police are urging residents to be vigilant after a Land Rover was damaged and a trailer was stolen overnight in Fenny Bridges near Honiton.

Both incidents occurred at the same location between September 3 and 4. The window of a red 4x4 Land Rover was smashed and the steering lock was broken.

The Newgent Tipper trailer was taken from a field and has high sides, two smashed rear lights and needs the jockey wheel replacing

Residents in the area are being urged to report any suspicious activity to the the police.

Anyone with information is urged to call the police on 101 and quote crime reference number KO/13/566 in relation to the criminal damage to the Land Rover and KO/13/567 regarding the trailer theft.
