RICHARD Steggall is the new chairman of Honiton Round Table. He succeeded Kevin Hunt at the group's annual meeting, held at The Awliscombe Inn.
Gez Lovell was elected vice chairman and Martin Davies as president.
In his inaugural report, Mr Steggall said: "Our members managed to raise a staggering �3,000 at the Wiscombe Hill Climb during 2009."
He vowed to continue with this successs, so many other local groups can benefit from funds raised.
