FIVE divers were rescued by the RNLI lifeboat at Lyme Regis after their boat lost its steering and began to drift.
The divers were under water when the rigid inflatable, Scoundrel, began to drift away.
Crew arrived at the scene at 2pm on Saturday, August 7, and took the divers to the harbour. None of them needed medical attention.
The dive boat was then towed – along with its crew of two – back to safety. The operation took less than an hour.
