Baton stalwarts Dave Warren and Chas Fowler prepared the welcome with trustee Pauline Rowe, wife of The Baton founder Alan Rowe MBE.
Riders from the Help for Heroes’ official inspirational Ride West team stopped over in Honiton to pay their respects to the town, ‘Home of The Baton’, before continuing on their 280-mile ride from Plymouth to London.
The crew also carried a baton on their journey.
Baton stalwarts Dave Warren and Chas Fowler prepared the welcome with trustee Pauline Rowe, wife of The Baton founder Alan Rowe MBE. Mr Rowe gave a brief chat about the Baton’s cause before thanking them for their effort and wishing them all a safe onward journey.
