Community helps Seaton pre-school to replace its playhouse

Ruperts Under 5s Pre-school in Seaton, has a new playhouse – thanks to a local business.

Regency Windows stepped in with a generous donation of £200 when bosses heard the group needed help.

Thanks to their contribution, as well as other fundraising efforts by parents and committee members, the children have now received a fantastic new playhouse.

Shane Brown, of Regency Windows, also kindly offered to give up his time over a weekend to install it, and the children are already enjoying their new outside space as the weather starts to improve.

Ruperts is open each weekday during term times, with morning and afternoon sessions from 9am to 3pm - including a lunch club - for children aged three and over.

For anyone interested in taking a look around, Ruperts is holding an open morning for parents and children on Tuesday, April 14 between 9am and 11.30am.

Everyone is welcome and to find out more, contact Kay Jeffery on 01297 625621.

Seaton’s Regency Windows can be found at 2 The Square Seaton or contacted on 01297 22495.
