THOUSANDS of pounds were stolen from the Post Office in Uplyme on early on Saturday (March 14).

THOUSANDS of pounds were stolen from the Post Office in Uplyme on early on Saturday (March 14).A vehicle was heard driving off at 5am and the front door had been forced open.Anyone with information should call police on 0845 2 777444, quoting crime reference KA09149. Alternatively, call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.n COLYFORD Post Office was broken in to - and a card swiping machine was taken.Police said nothing else was stolen during the incident at 3am, Monday, March 22. Entry was gained by breaking a window. Anyone with information should call police on 08452 777 444, quoting 18222.
