Man cleared of shoplifting charge.
Clarification: Following a report elsewhere on this website about an alleged shoplifting charge against Salvador Leiros Rodriguez, the Midweek Herald has been asked to point out that he was subsequently found not guilty by a court in Exeter.
It was reported by The Herald on January 6 last year that Mr Rodriguez stole items from Tesco. In March, he was found not guilty of the allegation.
