Brave store assistant has her long locks removed to raise funds for Diabetes UK
Brave Axminster Tesco assistant Samantha Kennils had her long hair shaved off to raise several hundred pounds for the store’s charity of the year – Diabetes UK.
The snipping was done by colleague Tracey Croxall in front of a large group of shoppers who gathered to support the fundraiser.
Samantha’s shorn locks were later sent to The Little Princess Trust – a charity which provides real hair wigs for children suffering hair loss.
