FOLLOWING our report last week about land agent Savills' approaches to developers and promoters in respect of 31 acres of land owned by Alfie Ford, Mark Chugg at Savills says: "We have not been instructed by our client to approach East Devon District Council's planning department to specifically discuss our client's property. "We have discussed with a planning officer the timing of the consultation period for the core strategy issues and options stage."We will not be making representations to the Local Planning Authority to promote the land in July as you stated in your article.
