THERE has never been a more public way in Honiton to declare your love for someone.Charity the British Heart Foundation is offering a special Valentine's service.For a fee, you can display a love message on a heart-shaped card in the window of the charity's High Street shop.Special, larger hearts are available to companies for a sponsorship fee. Prices range from £10 to £50.The annual Valentine Appeal aims to raise over £1m nationwide to fund British Heart Foundation nurses and a special helpline.More than 2.6m people in the UK are living with heart or circulatory disease and the British Heart Foundation provides essential care and support to thousands of patients and their families.Shop manager in Honiton Kate Chesson said: "We really do rely on donations to continue our life-saving work."Last year, our nurses helped 50,000 heart patients, while our Heart Helpline provided vital information to over 13,000 people.
