Scout group can practise its dressings thanks to Honiton police

Honiton’s police sergeant has donated a big box of dressings and bandages to 1st Honiton Scouts.

Mat Helm handed over the bag full of dressings and bandages that had passed their expiry date to Zoe Braunton-Taylor, a Honiton scout leader. Helen Turner, leader of 1st Honiton Scouts, said: “All the sections will now have plenty of items to use in the badge work for our Emergency Aid Staged Badges. From previous experience the youngsters just love trying out putting on different bandages so this donation will be put to very good use.”
