1st Honiton Scouts take part in national Scout Community Week.

Senior citizens in Honiton were treated to a special afternoon tea served up by 1st Honiton Scouts.

More than 30 senior citizens turned out to support the event at the Mackarness Hall on Saturday, June 8 - enjoying cups of tea and coffee with a slice of homemade cake.

Beavers, cubs, scouts and explorers helped serve the drinks and chatted and played a few board games with visitors.

The event was held as part of Scout Community Week.
