Baker Estates will unveil its designs for a mix of houses and bungalows on land off Rowan Drive.

Plans for a 36-home development in Seaton are to go on public show next week.

Baker Estates will unveil its designs for a mix of houses and bungalows on land off Rowan Drive.

The development includes nine much-needed affordable homes, extensive landscaping and a play area.

The plans can be seen on today (Wednesday), from 3pm until 7.30pm, at the Crossroad Christian Centre, Homer Lane, Seaton.

Baker Estates’ team will be there to answer questions.

The proposed development includes a range of quality bungalows and chalet bungalows for which planning permission has already been granted.

Richard Ayre, Baker Estates’ land and planning director, said: “This will be the first opportunity to view the house designs within the context of the area, which benefits from stunning sea and country views and easy access to the town centre, as well as the outstanding primary school.”
