A FORMER Seaton man accused of theft in the town has appeared in court.

A FORMER Seaton man accused of theft in the town has appeared in court.

Lee Brian Laffey, 35, has been charged with stealing cigarettes, tobacco and a quantity of cash belonging to Seaton Spar Stores and Post Office in July last year.

Laffey, of Bush Grove, Kingsbury, London, is expected to be tried in March.
