A SEATON man was arrested on suspicion of possessing heroin and cannabis this week.
A SEATON man was arrested on suspicion of possessing heroin and cannabis this week. Officers stopped a vehicle at 11.30pm on Wednesday in Newton Poppleford and carried out a drugs search. The man was taken to Sidmouth Police Station and subsequently received a caution, police say.
