A SEATON man caught burning a bin in the town has been ordered to pay �250 compensation.
The 24-year-old admitted to the offence at the Sea Shanty restaurant, in Branscombe, in April.
The man had been caught on CCTV using a lighter to set the bin on fire – causing �250 in damage. Police have given him a conditional caution and the man has written a letter of apology to those concerned.
