THE case against a former Seaton man, accused of causing criminal damage to a property in the resort, has been adjourned by magistrates in Exeter.
Alistair Fewings, 32, of Gordon Road, Topsham, entered no plea to the alleged offence on June 7.
He was remanded on conditional bail on the provision he does not enter an address at Mead Way, Seaton.
