SEATON residents joined in with thousands of people in a huge interactive radio broadcast carol service.

Singers joined at the Eyre Court Hhotel on Tuesday night, December 22, as people across the South West for Sing Christmas - for Radio Devon and BBC online.

The event brought together congregations gathered in pubs, clubs, residential homes, cafes and places of work, in one big service.

Over 40 people turned up for the Seaton service, which was coordinated by Christians Together. The group has thanked the staff at the Eyre Court Hotel for making the event possible.
