More than 70 people took part in the Seaton Big Clean on Saturday.

Many bags of rubbish were collected during the annual tidy up ahead of The Grizzly races.

Areas targeted included the beach, West Walk, Fisherman’s Gap, the Promenade area, Fore Street, Queen Street, Cross Street and Harbour Road.

The clean-up was well supported by local businesses as well as EDDC`s Street Scene team who provided litter pickers, bags and cleared away rubbish afterwards.
