37-year-od old arrested after man suffers knife wound during incident at local pub
A 37-year-old Seaton man has been charged with attempted murder following a stabbing at a town centre pub.
Police were called to the Vault Bar near the seafront at around 6am yesterday (Sunday) morning, by paramedics who were treating a man for a stab wound to his chest.
The man, aged in his 40s, was taken to the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital. His injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
Local man Raoul East was subsequently arrested and charged with attempted murder and is due to appear at Exeter Magistrates Court today (6th January 6).
