A STREET collection in Seaton raised £108 for Greyhound Rescue West of England.

A STREET collection in Seaton raised £108 for Greyhound Rescue West of England. Volunteer and events co-ordinator Canny Hart said of the event on June 20: "A huge thanks to the volunteers and their trusty hounds for once again giving up their Saturday morning."Of course, special thanks must go to the shoppers of Seaton who made us feel welcome, donated so kindly and who showed such a genuine interest in the plight of many greyhounds."She also thanked staff at the Famous George Inn, who treated volunteers to a cup of coffee.
