A WOMEN'S self-defence seminar is being held in Axminster on Sunday, April 26.

A WOMEN'S self-defence seminar is being held in Axminster on Sunday, April 26.The Bristol School of Self Defence, which includes experienced martial artists and trainers, are inviting women aged 16 and over to the four-hour event at The Guildhall.Trainer Chloe Hodder said: "Our aim is to equip people with the skills and confidence that are essential to preventing and surviving an attack."The reality-based course deals with the theory and physical aspects of violent attacks, covering verbal aggression and ploys used by attackers.
