A MAN who claimed he was tied up and seriously sexually assaulted in Honiton has been charged with wasting police time.
A MAN who claimed he was tied up and seriously sexually assaulted in Honiton has been charged with wasting police time.
Ashley Vaughan, who is in his 20s, is also charged with perverting the course of justice.
Vaughan, who will appear before Exeter Crown Court on November 10, alleged he was assaulted in Beech Walk, near the A375, on March 26.
