AXMINSTER has been hit by a spate of shed break-ins, according to a police report at the monthly council meeting.
Neighbourhood beat manager PC Darren Herridge said there had been several break-ins in one night, this month, at Woodbury Park and Cooks Lane.
He said at the meeting last week: "Before it was Uplyme, and before that Charmouth.
"Sergeant Pete Trudgeon and I have changed shifts to try to catch those responsible.
"But we have to choose the right village at the right time.
