You could keep horses in there," said former mayor Councillor Sally Casson.Deborah Thorogood, of 102 High Street, is seeking planning permission for the storage facility.Councillor Roy Coombs said: "Its length is the same as the nearby cottage."Chairman of Honiton Town Council's planning committee Councillor Michael Teare asked: "So, do you feel it is too big?""Yes!" was councillors' answer.The committee is to advise East Devon District Council that it does not object to a shed in principle, but would wish the planning authority to be careful any approved shed is not overly large.
