Jolly Roger to be hoisted over Windsor Gardens
Ahoy there, me hearties – organisers of Seaton’s annual pirate parade are recruiting new shipmates. The town’s Lions Club wants children dressed in pirate costumes to assemble under the Jolly Roger flag in Windsor Gardens at 3pm, on Friday ( July 31). After the fancy dress judging, the buccaneers will set off around the town centre to claim their booty from the shops. They will then make their way to Tesco ‘Treasure Island’ before going on to the Seaton Tramway Terminus, where the pirate band will set sail along the tracks.
