The Age Concern charity shop in Honiton would like to thank all its volunteers and customers for all their support over 2008 and wish them all a very happy New Year. This shop raises vital funds which benefit older, vulnerable people in this community - none of which would be possible without the generosity of our donors, with their unwanted goods, and our volunteers with their time.If anyone would be interested in joining the team here at Lace Walk, we would be delighted to meet you. Just pop into the shop and ask for Yvonne, the manager, or Sharon, the assistant manager. It's great fun, a good way to meet people and really worthwhile. If you're a younger person and looking to develop retail skills, we can usually help with an NVQ qualification placement.Thank you once again to all our supporters and remember we always need your good quality donations.
