Lorry restriction in Battishorne Way, Honiton, should be moved to Weston, says resident.
A SIGN, saying there is now a restriction on the size of lorries allowed to use Battishorne Way, Honiton, could be put to better use at Weston.
That is what a Devon and Cornwall Police Authority liaison meeting, held in Honiton, heard last week.
Resident Steve Brownridge complained that articulated lorries are still getting stuck in lanes in and around the village.
Inspector Antonia Weeks explained road signage is a matter for Devon County Council.
