FOOTBALL legend Sir Bobby Charlton has bought the first ticket in local charity Brainwave's national raffle.
Brainwave, which has charity shops in Honiton and Colyton, hopes the raffle will raise �20,000 nationwide towards its work to provide home-based therapies for children with cerebral palsy and other conditions.
