A skip fire has been extinguished in Axminster after the blaze was spotted by a passer-by.
The fire, which broke out in Lyme Close on Monday (August 10) at 3pm, was seen by a retained firefighter, who alerted the authorities.
An Axminster fire engine was immediately mobilised and the skip fire was put out with jets and high pressure hose reels.
