I am waiting with bated breath to know what Mrs W S Cooke (Letters February 13), considers suitable for Seaton, having crossed Tesco off her list.Could the reason be similar to a previous letter in the Midweek Herald, which implied the persons who shop in Tesco are at the nub of their objections?Reading letters of Honiton residents, who are against relocation of Tesco, many contain nuances of the same.Outright snobbery is at the heart of objections; it's a shameful way to put any objection.I had hoped, after many years as chairman of two councils and 22 years a magistrate, this attitude was receding. Obviously not!Shame on you!Peter DraperMarsh RoadSeaton
