Waste and recycling collections in parts of East Devon are suspended today (Wednesday 6 January) until further notice, due to the treacherous road conditions caused by snow and ice.
Collections today would have been for the Monday rounds in the Axminster and Seaton area, as we are still working two days behind catching up after the Christmas break.
These collections will now take place later this week, depending on when the weather improves. Other rounds will be collected at least three days later than usual, maybe more.
The council apologises for any inconvenience.
