Sadly, our bin is homeless at the moment - after Tesco management at Axminster removed it without any notification to Cats' Protection, which I found quite rude.I want to say a very big thank you to everyone who has donated food, toys, litter and blankets, over the past nine years for the many cats and kittens that come into our care - some of the older or poorly ones for the rest of their lives.The donations really did make a big difference, especially in today's financial climate, as fund-raising is not easy and ensuring all of our cats receive everything they need is difficult.Thank you everyone, and shame on you Tesco.Should anyone wish to sponsor one of the long-stay cats, by no matter how small an amount, please contact (01297) 442952, or visit www. eastdevoncats.co.uk, for further details.Joyce GriffinLyme RoadUplyme
