A VEHICLE, which slowed to watch police working at a crime scene in Honiton, bumped into a patrol car.The incident happened in High Street, Honiton, last Saturday following rumours of a stabbing. Police say nobody was stabbed, but shoppers telephoned the Herald from the scene to say the pavement had been chalked out in the shape of a body. See page 1 to find out what really happened!
