Police are warning residents to be vigilant after gardening equipment was stolen from five properties between 6.30pm, Thursday, September 17, and 8.30am, Friday, September 18.
Sergeant Pete Trudgeon said: "Please be vigilant and ensure that if you hear any noise during the night, you put on some lights to disturb potential offenders.
"We are not asking people to challenge them, but to disrupt them, and to call the police if they believe it to be a potential burglar."
