Spinners' work on display

THE skills and experience of the Dalwood Spinners knitting group will be on display at the village church this Easter.

THE skills and experience of the Dalwood Spinners knitting group will be on display at the village church this Easter.The group - locally known as the 'Sinners' have produced colourful blankets which will be sent to the Mother of Peace Community in Zimbabwe - where basic homes are built to shelter abandoned HIV orphans and their carers.The knitting team meets each Thursday between 2pm and 4pm at Dalwood Church Room. The new display opens at the church on Good Friday, March 21, until Thursday April 17.
