ST John Ambulance cadets from Honiton are the best in Devon - that's official.Teams from Honiton represented East Devon in the county first aid challenge and quiz - and came away with most of the silverware.The cadets, who took first places in the team and pairs first aid competitions, will now go on to compete in a regional final.
