JAZZ fans in Stockland are in for a treat on Saturday (December 6) when virtuoso vocalist and composer Cleveland Watkiss will thrill the village with a special performance.

JAZZ fans in Stockland are in for a treat on Saturday (December 6) when virtuoso vocalist and composer Cleveland Watkiss will thrill the village with a special performance. Acclaimed musician Mr Watkiss will appear in the St. Michael and All Angels Church at7.30pm. The news has come as a thrill for Stockland's new vicar, Alistair McCollum, who, having just arrived in the village was delighted to find one of his favourite musicians booked in his church. A kind benefactor has also ensured Stockland school children will get the chance to partake in an afternoon vocal workshop with Mr Watkiss before his evening performance where he will be joined by Jazz/soul singer, Louise Parker.Tickets for both the evening concert and afternoon workshop are still available and are £9 for adults and £5 for children.
