Plans for the change of use of a storage facility near Honiton have been recommended for approval.
Mr and Mrs M Summers have applied to store caravans and boats at Kains Park Farm, Awliscombe, instead of agricultural machinery, which it currently stores.
East Devon District Council’s development management committee will discuss the plans on Tuesday, January 10.
