CHARITY groups affected by the recent furore in Seaton over street trading are being invited to attend a meeting, taking place tomorrow (Thursday, June 18).Ian Carter, of East Devon District Council's licensing office, will attend a meeting with local councillors and representatives of charities at 11am in the town hall.
