Tank-top clue over identity of fake note suspect

A MAN wearing a distinctive, sleeveless tank-top is being hunted by police in Honiton following an allegation that he used a fake £20 Scottish bank note to pay for goods in a local store.

A MAN wearing a distinctive, sleeveless tank top is being hunted by police in Honiton following an allegation that he used a fake £20 Scottish bank note to pay for goods in a local store.The suspect, described as a stocky, white male with dark hair, spoke with a Scottish accent and used the note on March 30.The distinctive tank top had horizontal stripes across it.
