Temporary interruption to service.
Residents in Awliscombe, near Honiton, woke up today (Wednesday) to find their water supplies had been switched off.
Half the village had been informed of the temporary interruption to the service, while half had not, according to residents.
Water supplies are now back on.
The interruption was part of South West Water’s 3.5million investment in the mains water supply system in and around Honiton.
