HONITON resident Sheila McBrearty claims to have read an 18-page document which, she says, states the Planning Inspectorate has dismissed Tesco's appeal for a new store in Honiton.

East Devon District Council, which turned down the supermarket chain's relocation plan, is currently double-checking to see if the planning inquiry decision has been formally released.
