THIS was the scene in Harbour Road, Seaton, as contractors working for Tesco took delivery of a pipeline that will deliver infill material to the resort’s regeneration site.
The infill is being sucked from the seabed and used to raise ground levels, ahead of the development of a new supermarket.
Harbour Road was closed for the pipeline’s delivery, but many people nearby watched the spectacle.
