Owners Rachel and Martin Portlock have put the 16th century coaching inn on the market with property markets Christie and Co.
The inn, on the A358 between Axminster and Chard, reached the finals in the Devon Life 'Best Dining Pub of the Year' Award, in 2007.
Jon Clyne, of Christie and Co, said: "Our clients, Rachel and Martin Portlock, have owned and operated the Tytherleigh Arms for many successful years, during which time the turnover has risen consistently year after year with 2009/10 showing a net turnover of in excess of 315,000, with high abridged profits.
"They now wish to pursue other business interests and family life, providing a fantastic opportunity for new owners to acquire this well established, food-led operation.
